Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Hong Kong Shipment – Local Courier Delivery

Hong Kong orders will be sent by S.F. Express freight collect, and S.F. Express will collect the freight from buyer upon delivery. 

Please see below S.F Express collect table (HKD) for your reference:

    • 1 kg ： $22
    • 1.1 - 3 kg ： $28
    • 3.1 - 5 kg ：$34
    • 5.1 - 5.5 kg ：$37
    • 5.6 - 6 kg ： $40

Shipment delivery to most major commercial district area usually takes 1-2 working days after dispatched from our Hong Kong office.  And shipment to residential and remote areas takes 2-3 working days. 

Normal delivery hours are from 9 am - 6 pm.  Failure to collect the package will result in return shipment, and customers will be responsible for all shipping charges accrued.  


Please note: 

*Delivery time may vary if typhoon number 8 or above is hoisted or when black rainstorm warning is issued. 

**For shipment delivery to residential and remote areas, S.F. Express will collect surcharge of HKD 30 from buyer upon delivery. 

   

Hong Kong – Store Self Pick Up

Customers are welcome to pick up the purchased product(s) 2-3 working days after order and payment confirmation.  Please contact us one day in advance to ensure product availability in the location (Causeway Bay Main Shop or Causeway Place Shop) that you wish to collect.


Mainland China / Macau / Taiwan Shipment – Courier Delivery

We offer a flat shipping rate of HKD100 per each order shipment and orders will be delivered by S.F. Express.  

Shipment delivery usually takes 1-3 working days after order dispatched from our Hong Kong office.    

Normal delivery hours are from 9 am - 6 pm.  Failure to collect the package will result in return shipment, and customers will be responsible for all shipping charges accrued.  


Please note: 

*Delivery time may vary if typhoon number 8 or above is hoisted or when black rainstorm warning is issued. 

**For shipment delivery to residential areas or remote areas, the courier company will charge for additional surcharge from buyer upon delivery.  


Shipping Internationally 

We offer a flat shipping rate of HKD200 per each international order shipment by S.F. Express

Shipment delivery usually takes 2-8 working days after order dispatched from our Hong Kong office.    

Normal delivery hours are from 9 am - 6 pm.  Failure to deliver the package will result in return shipment, and customers will be responsible for all shipping charges accrued.  

 

Duties and Taxes for International Orders:

Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes or miscellaneous fees.  If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by their local Customs office.
