Date: 15th Oct, 2017 (Sunday)

Time: 10am - 3pm

Venue: Tai Pak Beach, Discovery Bay

Divisions: Men's, Women's & Mixed (5 vs 5 with no goalie)

Registration Deadline: 11th Oct, 2017 (Wednesday)

Tournament Fee (Early Bird) (11 Sep to 30 Sep): HK$250 per player/ HK$200 per student player

Tournament Fee (Normal Price) (1 Oct to 11 Oct): HK$300 per player/ HK$250 per student player

****Guarantee at least 4 matches + a Event Tee Shirt + a Event Shoes Bag + drinks

****Mixed teams are made up randomly from the players who signed for mixed game (+HK$50)
