We will gladly exchange the purchase of any www.crossealley.com merchandise purchased through www.crossealley.com if returned within 7 days of the shipping date for Hong Kong orders.
The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and contain all original packaging and accessories;
Items that are damaged, used or without the original packaging cannot be exchanged (We reserve the right to objectively determine whether the goods have been damaged or used);
Tea is non-exchangeable and non-returnable;
Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt/packing list;
The difference will not be returned if the price of exchange item is lower then the original one;
Items sold are non-refundable and can only be exchanged once;
Discounted, promotion and on sale items are not exchangeable or refundable. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
To replace or exchange an item as described above, please notify us by email email@example.com headed "Return for Exchange", within 7 days from the shipping date specifying the reasons for the exchange. Please also state your name, contact number, order number, item(s) to be returned and if you want a replacement or exchange with something else. We will then provide details of how and to where the goods should be returned. Merchandise exchange are available through our Crosse Alley shop, and customer will have to return the merchandise to us within 3 days upon our notification. Requests for exchange received by us outside the above time frames may not be accepted.
We will replace for the same merchandise (where still available) purchased through www.crossealley.com if merchandise are:
Damaged at the time of delivery;
Or defect in quality;
Or incorrectly shipped because of an error on our part.

Please also clearly state your name, contact number, order number, and item(s) to be replaced. We will then provide details of how and to where the goods should be returned. Customer will have to return the merchandise to us within 3 days upon our notification for replacement. Return must be accompanied by the original receipt/packing list, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Requests for replacement received by us outside the above time frames may not be accepted.
Personalized or special custom orders may not be returned or exchanged unless defective.
We cannot be responsible for any items that we do not receive.
Customer can select for other merchandise (same or lower in value) if merchandise are out of stock.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchange or returns on international orders form www.crossealley.com, all international sales are considered FINAL SALE.
